用途:本裝置可滿足煉膠過程中對膠片的冷卻，切片和疊片等工藝要求，膠片的冷卻方式可根據用戶要求采用噴淋式或浸泡式。

特點:本機結構采用了皮帶提升和不銹鋼編織網網帶提升，膠片壓頭裝置及膠片表面打印裝置，根據用戶需要可增設縱向裁刀和橫向裁刀機構，掛膠采用調速變頻電機，隨意控制膠片掛膠長度，使膠片得到充分冷卻，吹干達到工藝要求。
